Tender worth 800,000 manat from the Architectural Committee to a member of the Public Council - PHOTOFACT
The Territorial Construction and Planning Center has summed up the tender worth 11,304,853 manat.
The tender of the Center was for the design lot of 22 settlements in the liberated areas.
Gala Group LLC, Bureau Environment LLC, RIM Architecture LLC, BIMD LLC and Azermemarlayih State General Design Institute participated in the tender.
According to Global.az, Bayramov Togrul Shahin oglu, head of Bureau Muhit LLC, is a member of the Public Council under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.
It should be noted that according to Article 13.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurement, consignors (contractors) who are legally, financially or organizationally dependent on the procuring entity are not allowed to participate in procurement procedures conducted by that organization.
It should be noted that the Territorial Construction and Planning Center operates under the auspices of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.
Anar Guliyev is the chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture.
